OUR MISSION
Turning Struggles Into Strength
My Struggle Is My Strength Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting students and families facing poverty, hardship, and mental health challenges.
​
Founded by motivational speaker and mental health advocate Jordan Toma, the Foundation provides foundation school support, resources, support services, and direct assistance to individuals who need encouragement, hope, and opportunity.
​
We believe every child deserves to feel seen, supported, and surrounded by hope when they need it most.
THE CHALLENGE
Many Students Are Fighting Battles Nobody Sees
Every day, students walk into classrooms carrying burdens that extend far beyond schoolwork.​
Some worry about where their next meal will come from.
Some are experiencing homelessness or unstable housing.
Some struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, or isolation.
Others lack access to basic necessities like clothing, transportation, heat, or emotional support.
Schools want to help, but many communities simply do not have the resources available to meet every need.
